Smart Holograms

The DIT (Dublin Institute of Technology) is presenting a humidity sensitive hologram. I think it is quite cool. It looks nice and interactive though.

They say its good for security but could imagine that there are also some nice use-cases for UX applications as holograms don’t need power supply. How about sport application? Snowboarding or hiking. You can monitor your humidity level inside of the jacket and change the venting if needed before you feel the water running down your back. How about making an elongation sensitive hologram out of it. As you stretch the hologram it will change its color.
